Cream margarine

Use

Vegetable margarine with a fat content of 80%.
Due to its high fat content, it is suitable for the production of fat creams and fillings in confectionery production. It is also suitable for the preparation of light airy creams and fillings with a high fat content. It is characterized by very good stability of the finished cream. The finished cream does not dry out, it is suitable for all types of creams, but it can also be used for the production of fine pastries and spreads.
