Use

One hundred percent edible fats (sometimes called shortenings) have a wide range of uses - as an alternative to animal fat, as a substitute for table margarine in the production of fine pastries, or in the preparation of high-fat doughs.

They are also suitable for the production of fillings, bath wafers and confectionery in general. Other types are used for preparing chocolate, thinning chocolate coatings or making ice cream. A separate chapter is fats intended for frying.

Our offer includes a wide range of technologically advanced 100% fats for versatile use, which correspond to the latest global trends. They are made from certified crops, without partially hydrogenated fats, with a trans-fatty acid content of up to 2%.

100% fat packages are available in 5 kg blocks, some types are available in 10 kg and 15 kg "bag in box" packages.
